All you have to do is 1) Go to this link http://www.velobella.org/blog/contact/ and submit a contact. Do you want to race for Velo Bella? No problem, once you contact the administrator, you will get instructions on who is your local contact. From there, you 1) sign a waiver, 2) sign up for our Yahoo! group for updates, 3) purchase a jersey and 4) go race! That's it. No membership fees.
