Huge props to Shannon Harris who ran me down in the last mile and nearly snatched the win. She gets the super-sportsmanship award for being to coolest competitor in the field...
Fiesta Island TT - 1st W30-39, 2nd overall. New PR... finally! 31:24. It's taken me 2 years. But I got it!
